Are We Insured?
Absolutely, you can feel confident using our services because we’re fully insured.
I know it’s really important these days to know your tradespeople are properly covered.We’ve got comprehensive public liability and personal insurance to protect both ourselves and our clients.The last thing anyone wants is an accident happening on the job.
With our policy, if anything were to come up down the line, you wouldn’t have to worry about costs coming out of your own pocket. Plus to give you peace of mind knowing we take safety very seriously. All of our technicians are trained in safe work practices and have the qualifications to get the job done right.

At WixFix, we pride ourselves on providing top-notch handyman services. So, how do we get the job done? It’s simple!
When you reach out to us, we’ll respond promptly to discuss your project. Whether it’s over the phone, online chat, email or in person, we’ll take the time to fully understand your needs. Once we have all the details, we’ll provide you with a comprehensive email that includes a quote and an agreed-upon start date and time.

We do encourage our clients to fill out the online Estimate as a lot of time can be saved by adding pics and explaining the details, removing the guesswork.
Weekend Availability
Yes we are often available on the weekends.
We definitely try our best to be as flexible as possible for our customers. While we will do our best to accommodate weekend requests, you should know Saturday or Sunday work does come with a small additional fee to cover the technician’s time. I’m sure you understand we like to give the guys some downtime too!
The same applies if you ever need anything done in the evenings or very early/late – there’s a small cost for out of hours calls. But it’s never a huge amount and worth it if it suits your schedule better.
Most of all, we want you to feel we’re going the extra mile. So if a weekend is more convenient and you’re okay with the additional charge, just say the word!

What if the handyman gets here and i have other jobs for him to do?
Your dedicated wixfix technician’s top priority is to address regular, seasonal, and annual maintenance needs during each visit. Any additional time will be will be used to complete other projects you have on your to-do list. Since every home is different, It might or might not be possible to complete extra tasks the client might have.
However, we always try to keep our clients happy with our handyman services. If your wixfix technician has the time, they will assist with any other tasks. If the wixfix technician is to busy that day to do any extra jobs that day, they will organise a new date with the client to come back and complete the extra jobs.
Our goal is completing scheduled duties while also doing the extra jobs whenever we can. If there is extra works to be done, time a cost will be discussed and you will receive a separate quote from the original quote.
Accepted Methods of Payment
For smaller jobs, cash or a direct deposit into our bank account works great. It’s a simpler process with no fees on our end. We will send you a receipt right after too.
For larger projects, we also accept cash or a direct deposit into our bank account however we may need to split it up into a couple of stage payments as we go to cover costs and materials. Nothing too complicated, it’s just a standard practice.

Do you charge for materials?
When it comes to materials for the job, we have a couple options to choose from.
If you’d like to supply the materials yourself, that works perfectly fine for us. In most cases it is better if we can just show up and complete the tasks with the equipment provided.
However, If you prefer, we’re also happy to pick things up for you when viable – in that case, there would be a fee added to cover our time in sourcing and acquiring the supplies.
We don’t maintain an inventory ourselves, but will help to try and source materials needed.
