How long is the visit?
Depending on the plan you have chosen, the technicians visit can last anywhere between 1-5 hours.
Who can i call if i have a problem or a question?
Just contact wixfix if you have any question or problems that need to be addressed, we are happy to work around and come up with a solution to any problems or questions
How can we pay for the service?
Click Select plan and you will be sent to a page to make sure you are within our service range, enter the postcode of the address you would like services and if it’s within our range you will be give a link to select plan, click that and will be sent to a payment page where you can pay with card, google and apple pay. Or we will provide you with an invoice or/and you will me sent an email invoice where you can pay by card or apple pay, and you can always pay our preferred method of payment which is cash or direct deposit. Please contact us if it says you are not within our service range as we are constantly updating and the link might not be updated.
Does anyone need to be home for our appointment?
There’s is no need for you to be present during your scheduled upkeep visit. Actually, around 70% of our clients grant us access by sharing their keys or garage passcodes, letting us gain entry when they’re away. By doing this we can complete tasks without intruding on your busy life. Just organise with us when and how to gain entry and we will take care of the rest so you can come back to a job well done.
What if the Technician gets here and i have other jobs for him to do?
There’s always a chance that this could happen, but don’t worry! Whenever possible, We will do our best to accommodate any additional tasks you need done while the technician is there. However, there might be times when the technician a prior appointment with another client, so we might have to reschedule for a later date.
What if i want to cancel the service after a few months? am i stuck in a contract for the rest of the year?
Though we are sure you’ll be satisfied with the service, we understand life can throw curveballs and you may need to stop before the contract ends. While we’ll be disappointed to lose you as a customer, we certainly won’t hold you to the full agreement if it’s no longer a fit. We simply ask for one month’s notice if you decide to terminate early. Our goal is for you to be happy – not stuck in an unwanted contract.

Opting for the package removes worry and stress about having to make last-minute calls when problems come up. It provides a customized and committed service timetable. You get a dedicated service professional and complete customer support.
WixFix Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your WixFix maintenance plan subscription at any time. To avoid being charged for the next period, you must notify us of cancellation before your upcoming scheduled billing date. Cancellations received after the billing date will take effect the following billing period. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your renewal date if you wish to cancel.
Cancellations will not receive prorated refunds for any partial subscription periods, however your maintenance plan coverage will remain active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
Handyman Services and Maintenance Plans at WixFix
WixFix provides minor plumbing, electrical, and general handyman services as part of our maintenance plans. We handle basic tasks like fixing minor leaks, changing lightbulbs, repairing fixtures when possible. More complex plumbing or electrical projects require licensed professionals which we can arrange through our partner contractors. These services may involve additional fees beyond your maintenance plan rates.
WixFix focuses on top quality handyman services within our expertise, partnering with licensed tradespeople when necessary. Our technician rates are based on $90 per hour, so you can estimate expected timeframes. Materials are subject to additional charges beyond the subscription fees.
